Session Abstract:
We will explain how to deliver highly valuable products in a ridiculously short timeframe, using a problem-oriented approach built over Agile mindset/practices, stretching and deepening well-known concepts.
The key here is, instead of thinking about features to be done, focusing on problems to be solved. Then, it is all about slicing and prioritizing. But, unfortunately, software development has been so far all about asking the customer what features are to be done.
Real cases and results obtained from simulations ran in training classes will be presented.

The attendees will learn an approach that fits into any Agile software development methodology or framework.
It takes the mission of avoiding waste to the extreme, seeking not to add more complexity than necessary and to seeking solve the real customer problems, radically anticipating the delivery of value.
We use this approach in real life, while coaching with customers in the Brazilian market. We will present real examples and stories derived from these experiences.
