Learn points on how to scale agile and lean thinking across the organization irrespective of the change being made, be it IT or otherwise.
Session Abstract:
There is constant talk of scaling agile in the IT industry, but little talk about making organizations as a whole more agile. In this session you will hear some of the challenges of becoming agile across the entire organization can bring, along with ways it can be achieved.
This isn’t about IT, this is about the business as a whole, which IT is a part of. Irrespective of what change the organization wants to make, or how it can get better at running the business, thinking holistically is the only way you can achieve change.
