Analia is a professional with over 14 years of leadership experience gained within multiple projects sizes of varying complexity in different segments. She is a master of Systems and Computer Engineering at COPPE / UFRJ and graduated in Computer Science at UFF.
Over the years, she has developed qualifications and abilities to work on projects with a diverse team including requirements, design, development, procurement and managing a project from inception to completion, using established processes, procedures and tools.
She is a Consultant in the implementation of processes adhering to standards and reference models such as: ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 20.000, ISO/IEC 29110, MPS-SW, MPS-SV, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SRV, CERTICS and Agile methodologies.
Analia is PMP and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certified, and also an accredited implementer and the initial evaluator leader of the MPS.BR reference model, and the appraising leader of CERTICS.
She regularly participates in international working groups of the ISO / IEC JTC1 (International Organization for Standardization) Technical Committees.
