Edwin Hanegraaf (CSP, CSM, CSPO) is a passionate Agile Coach working for High Tech ICT in the Netherlands.
Within SPS (a Dutch paint producing company) he has transformed the way of working with respect to software development from the traditional approach into an Agile way of working. For that he has coached the development team and the management in making that change.
As a result he succeeded in delivering products within agreed scope and budget that are used with joy by the end users. Next to that he created a joyful work environment for the team and anyone involved.
