Felipe is interested on applying agile culture to organizations. He was a speaker at Regional Scrum Gathering Rio 2016 presenting "The Flexibility of Scrum: How to apply to different realities". At the Regional Scrum Gathering 2015 he proposed an Open Space session about "Retrospective, futurespective and motivational models" Currently Felipe is acting as Chief Technology Officer at Afilio, a leading web and mobile performance network in Brazil and Latin America.
He is a former IBM Global Business Services consultant and co-founder of Gato Sabido in 2009, the 1st Brazilian ebookstore, and Xeriph also in 2009, the 1st Brazilian Digital Content Aggregator.
