John is a team player, he changes, delivers, coaches, mentors, trains and leads. He has a sophisticated approach for business change in relation to Lean-Agile and/or Digital. He rolled out Scrum, Kanban, and The Lean Startup in organizations, small and huge, where the culture at first glance was incompatible with Lean-Agile. As he leads a change team, he plays his part to stretch boundaries, generate “pull”, & avoid “anti-bodies”.
He leads by example / from backstage, with all the Lean-Agile methods, Agile scaling approaches & business change techniques. He speaks publicly to experts because he is passionate about it. He's firmly heading more and more in the Digital Transformation direction, yet sticking to my Lean-Agile, Business Change, and delivery roots.
