Ricardo has been an Agile practitioner and coach for over 6 years. His passions are product development, technical communities and coaching teams. The one thing he really hates is a Gantt chart.
He was a member of the Fullsix team that adopted Scrum in the early beginnings of the Portuguese Scrum community.
Strong believer in companies that follow purpose over profit and experiment with different management mindsets. Ricardo has a Bsc in Computer Engineering from ISEL (Lisbon) and likes to be insanely loud when playing guitar on stage.
