Learning from Product Failure to Achieve New Product Success!
This workshop will describe the process used to explore, discover and confirm the value proposition of a new product – CSP Fast Pass (www.cspfastpass.com). At discrete checkpoints, participants will take on the role of Product Owners as they design this product and be asked how they would solve the challenges related to bringing CSP Fast Pass to market. Come to this session to learn how to apply tools and techniques first popularized by Luke Hohmann (Innovation Games®) and Alex Osterwalder (value proposition design and business model canvas) to your own product development challenges. Most of all, bring your product ideas and have fun!
